Umpires MUST be paid by writing a check made out to 307 Umpires. Payments must be made in a timely manner. Please do not pay umpires directly. PRICES ARE PER UMPIRE, PER GAME!

** GAMES CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 1 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A 50% CANCELLATION FEE - IF TRAVEL IS INVOLVED, A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE UMPIRES HAVE DEPARTED FROM HOME**

** GAMES CANCELED WITH UMPIRES ON-SITE WILL BE BILLED AT FULL RATE, THIS INCLUDES WEATHER CANCELLATIONS **

** IF A CREW IS ASSIGNED AND THE GAME DOES NOT TAKE PLACE DUE TO TEAM OR LEAGUE ABSENCE WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION, FULL FEES WILL APPLY **

Per IRS guidelines, the standard mileage rate for business use in 2026 is 72.5 cents per mile. Umpires traveling for games may be reimbursed at this rate, subject to association policies. For more details, visit the IRS website. This is negotiable. Please contact us for more information.
